retrogradewhy do you think this will help so much? you are refusing to accept that any of this feedback is negative and you just say "oh yeah thanks for the feedback this will help with this amazing idea that will save the game" but whenever you edit your idea you only take your own "epiphanies" instead of the feedback you said was a great help. so, again, what about this idea will save the game?

i see the negative feedback, but thats all it is. just negative or a flat out no. people arent bringing up any improvements i can make to this, or anything i need to change. and the ones that have something to say are being spoken to. i understand disagreeing but just going "end this" isnt discussing anything.

i feel like this would help 6's be more appealing to the audience, while also being a balanced testing ground for all weapons without demolishing the gameplay

feedback from new players is what comp really needs!

The chat actually wasn't that cancerous tbh, if anything you were the most cancerous thing about it. People constantly told you that your idea wasn't good so I don't know why you would post it on here honestly. Also comp doesn't really need feedback from newer players, it needs feedback from high level players that understand the game.

lol ive already said that i got too excited and maybe over-reacted like a twat
i feel like both opinions are needed, but if the comp scene wants to be inviting to a newer audience it needs to be able to tolerate and consider the opinions of the newer players. also you can be new to comp and still have common sense and understanding of the game at an already high lvl.

it may not work now, but because of the great ideas and tips this is becoming something that is building up TO working. this is new, things take time, and im putting everyones thoughts into consideration. but that doesnt mean i have to give up on something im building towards that i think might be a huge help

how about we just take the slow-mo from freak fortress (inspired by killing floor) and use that to implement item changes during fights
