Seeing usually means i can play better
Yo ! I've always played on lower res and i kinda prefer the feel of it however i have a bit of an issue with crosshairs from CFG.tf that i use, when their scale is lower than 25 they start to look all blurry or even disappear, so i have to either use a crosshair that is too big, or a crosshair that is blurry and bad looking, is there any fixes for that ?

currently using fesHUD, i really like it but i find the damage number at the bottom of the screen super distracting and kind of un-needed, how can i remove it ?

Dropping this here, but after having tried 13 different mice of all shape and sizes (XM1r, GPW, GPX, Deathadder elite, etc...) and having a very small hand (around 15.7 cm long) this combo has been ridiculously good to use.
(I'm a foward claw gripper btw)

-Finalmouse Ultralight 2, paracorded, hyperglides (I will probably try corepads out to see which one i prefer.), (and a modded mousewheel)

In conclusion, if you have small hands try to look online, on ebay etc to get yourself a UL2 it's still a god mouse imo. I found one for €85 with shipping second hand from some fortnite pro player on twitter, so you can probably found something as good if you're ready to look around a lot.
And maybe someday I'll try to get my hands on a Stralight 12 !

Got a bit angry at this whole issue and decided to reinstall all my drives and reinstall windows + update my bios. I'll update you guys to see if this worked or not

MusclePainIt seems you already did a clean install but sometimes Steam Cloud can download your old settings, make sure that disabled.
Can you try this:
Go to your TF2 directory (Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf)
1- Delete these folders: cfg, custom, materials
2- Clear your launch options and put -autoconfig,
3- Verify game files
3- Start the game and quit
4- Remove -autoconfig
5- Try commonly used configs
I already did that multiple times but thanks !
Also i tried clearing my shader cache but most online tutorial alude to files that arent on my pc
