It's an issue with DX8. Change to DX9 and it will be fixed, or roll back your drivers to a much older version.

To me it just seems like he's toggling a triggerbot. He misses some seemingly easy shots at mid range when he's playing normally, but as soon as he starts to get focused by one player he activates the triggerbot and gets the kill that would have ended him.
That, or he cherry picked a whole lot of very lucky clips.
