At least you get hit on....
I would have just gone someplace else to practice.
That, or I would have shit in their pool.
Back when I was in my sophomore year of high school my friends and I were hanging around in front of our school before class started. 3 of them were talking about a band they liked called Five Iron Frenzy. They were discussing one of the songs that dealt with growing older, and one of the lines in the song was something like "we'll hit the boardwalk just like Matlock".
About a second after he said it, my friend just slowly turns to me with his eyes wide open and a goofy grin on his face, points to me and says "you're Matlock now". I had no idea who Matlock was at the time, so I asked them who the hell he was. They explained that it was the name of a TV show that old people in retirement homes liked. So the next thing out of my mouth was an irate "not Matlock".
From then on they kept calling me Matlock, to which I would always respond with "NOT MATLOCK!" Eventually in my senior year, one of our friends came to school with an old disk with America's Army 2 on it. Over the next few days we traded it off to each other so we could install it on our computers, bring it back to school, and give it to someone else to install.
Eventually when we all had it installed we would join up and play together and so we could communicate we would set up a conference call and talk to each other that way. My original name in the game was Bone (a nickname I picked up in elementary school). Unfortunately, everyone kept calling me Matlock, so out of frustration I changed my name to Not_Matlock.
The name stuck ever since then. When the Xbox 360 came out and I bought one, I set up my name as Not Matlock (Microsoft doesn't like underscores apparently) because everything else that I could think of was already taken and I didn't want to add a bunch of useless numbers or letters to my name When I bought HL2 a few months later I used the same name out of consistency's sake. I've stuck with it ever since because it's the one name that I can use across multiple services that no one has already taken.
tomroadrunnerBack when I was 13 years old, there was a class on "How to Use the Internet" at our middle school. One of our assignments was to sign up for an email account. My favorite car at the time was the Plymouth Roadrunner.
Awesome car, but I prefer them with "Superbird" at the end of the name.

Look on the bright side. This may become a big news story in the gaming community and we might get some real publicity. ANY NEWS IS GOOD NEWS!
BubbaUGC is too good for gravel pit! hahahaha
I'm sure many people here wish the same for ESEA. I however, am not one of them.
I once studied for a test.
Never again. I'll never get those precious MGE hours back.
I never went to prom. Never regretted it.
All that happens is you get a bunch of dumbass kids who don't know how to dance acting like they know how to dance to the shittiest music on the face of the earth.
ShwanI think one more team should name themselves after a duck so I can be even more confused as to who the ducks actually are / where.
Ducksoup Gaming needs an Invite 6's team now.
