I know plenty of people who play in open that would have no trouble winning that match up.
Remove your credit card information from Steam. That way you have to put it in every time you want to buy something.
If you're as lazy as I am you'll get to the point where you have to pull out your wallet, look at the information, and enter it into Steam and you'll be all like "Man that's way too much work for TF2 items. Entering all this stuff still bore me to death".

I've always thought of intelligence as being able to learn and understand new things easily. Then being able to put that knowledge to use through critical thinking, rationalization and logic.
Having the opinion of someone's intelligence is entirely based on one's own ability to recognize and understand these things. The smarter you are, the more easily you will be able to tell smart people apart from the dumb ones.
I've seen a lot of examples of supposedly smart people making incredibly dumb decisions, or people who knew a lot of facts, but weren't able to understand them or put them to any use. I've also been mistaken for being smart by people simply because I know lots of things.

What hooli said will work, but only if your monitor automatically switches to a higher refresh rate when the resolution is lowered. Most monitors that I know of need to have the refresh rate set manually after the resolution is changed.

I've had two different Razer mice and I don't think I've ever experienced that problem.
That or I never noticed it since I don't use the scroll wheel that much.
