I hear some of the high performance gaming mice have comparable latency to corded mice, but they go through batteries a lot quicker than a normal wireless mouse.
I don't know if there's such a thing as a wireless gaming keyboard.

Cloth pads are more comfortable for me, easier on your mice feet, but difficult to clean. Hard pads are very easy to clean, but they can really wear out your mice feet.

Never really liked either, but I guess Skyrim would be better since I HATED the guns in Fallout. You couldn't hit shit with any of them unless you were 2 feet away. The lack of terrible gun handling in Skyrim means it's probably a better game.

I have a mouse problem

I get a lot of issues with my mouse being inconsistent and weird quite often. I seemed to have fixed it for now by unplugging my mouse, spraying the bottom with dust-off and then lightly spraying the sensor area. Seems to have fixed my issue for now. Give it a shot and see if it helps at all.
