I'm looking for any feedback or any advices to get it work properly mainly for Casual, Competitive, 6v6 9v9 ect...
Keep in mind, while posting, that the aesthetic will not be changed (like fonts and 8Bit stuff) but is more of a bug/fixes basically things to do to make it look even more fantastic in its own way.

On a side note, could you ban third degree ?
it may sounds weird since the weapon is garbage, but the fact it is the stock axe, with benefits (in order of priorities 1. Cool taunt sounds, making the pyro hell of a rockstar 2. its upside) make it weird to consider allowing it.
no one even mention Elacour, that's a record
ScrewballScout is the LAST class that needs any items to buff him. Until Valve removes the Scout speed Medic buff (have any invite /prem players informed Valve how cancerous this is?) Scout should get NOTHING that makes him stronger.
