This happened to me recently to SFV on Steam. Fixed it by making it so that my antivirus wouldn't "check" my SteamApps folder. As soon as I did that, it got fixed. Not sure if it works for TF2 tho, not even sure if it would work for other people.

iirc, you need to put your desired crosshair settings on your autoexec and never touch that multiplayer tab. This will leave the crosshair with a constant gap, however, you can't change it. If you go to the multiplayer tab and press "Apply", it will start changing.
MightyAfter some 'experimenting', I think that the reason why it switches sounds for the original is because there are multiple firing sounds for it.
If you transfer any sounds to the normal rocket launcher, they work fine, since it only has 1 firing sound.
Yeah, I assumed that was the case. Shame.
Regarding the RL sound on the Original, I put this on custom/whatever/scripts/game_sounds_weapons.txt and sometimes it works, but other times the Original shoots rockets with the normal sound. I've only tried with sv_pure 2, though.

I would really love it if this were possible, but as far as I can tell, there's no individual file for the Original, so we can't change it's sound.

@TheChosenGun Did you any chance ask this on the group? No worries either way but as far as I know there is no way to pre set the hud to have to two colours in teams of team colours. I'd assume that's why border is only able to be team colored.
@boat_ Hmm this may of been an oversight but you can enable this yourself just in the tf2 backpack. There is a dropdown to enable colour borders.
@Onen Thanks for looking into it. Unfortunately your fix will end up breaking the borders in the backup completely after scrolling on the new skinned weapons. I'd like to know what else you fixed.

First, you need to go to those huds and go to hudname/materials/console and take the background you want. Afterwards, go to rayshud/materials/console and put the files there. Then, you just need to name them background_upward and background_upward_widescreen
boat_What's up guys, the recent update changed the backpack panels so they're a border instead of full color. I tried to fix this myself but didn't go very well. :(

But note that it has some minor custom things. For example, I removed the Killstreak icon and changed the class selection menu so it would look like the one from rayshud. You can remove those if you want. To do that, simply switch the files HudItemEffectMeter_Killstreak.res and ClassSelection.res for the ones that originally come with the hud.

Stochast1c#1622 since it looks like you haven't edited any of those panels either delete your econ folder (if you haven't touched anything in there) or replace the folder with the stock hud (either using the basehud github or extracting from vpk). If you actually wanna play with the file, or you have done other modifications, it is itemmodelpanel.res in ui/econ/
