scrabdid you decide on what ESA stands for yet??
ESA = Electronic Sports Association?
I think it's the most obvious name.
EDIT: Forgot the question mark.

I always liked cats but after making this... I want a cat now.
I use a different crosshair colour for each weapon. This is the script I have in my autoexec file:
bind "1" "weapon1"
bind "2" "weapon2"
bind "3" "weapon3"
alias "weapon1" "slot1; bind q weapon2; cl_crosshair_red 255; cl_crosshair_blue 0; cl_crosshair_green 255; r_drawviewmodel 0"
alias "weapon2" "slot2; bind q weapon1; cl_crosshair_red 0; cl_crosshair_blue 0; cl_crosshair_green 255; r_drawviewmodel 0"
alias "weapon3" "slot3; bind q weapon1; cl_crosshair_red 0; cl_crosshair_blue 255; cl_crosshair_green 0; r_drawviewmodel 1"
I use yellow for the primary weapon, green for the secondary and blue for melee. It also makes the Q button only change between primary and secondary and also hides the viewmodels for those two while making visible the melee weapon.
Use the Dalokohs Bar and play roaming Heavy. The other team won't expect that (even in pubs).
You can write on the Scout's cfg file the crosshair you want and on the other 8 classes, the other crosshair you want. I can't help you with more detailed information because I'm not near my PC right now.
Next time buy safety glasses and wear them while you're working. I study chemistry in the university and I always wear one of these when I go into a laboratory (even when my class isn't the one doing some experimental practices in the lab) and it has saved me some problems because some people don't know (or they don't care) that the compounds they're using can cause an injury.
Make a backup of everything that is important on an external hard drive and format your PC. It will be faster this way than trying to repair it.
He was wearing the suit in one of Shade's videos.
Maybe I should play Scout more...
ESEA should make the different divisions like in real sports. If the first 4 teams go to lan, why not to make the other four teams in invite having to fight in a playoff to see which one (or more than one) will go down to IM? This will make people who want to stay in Invite, they will have to keep training and playing.
And make playoffs in IM so the winner(s) goes to Invite too.
This way every season some team(s) will go up from IM to Invite and always will be new blood in the league.
From my little experience in competitive TF2 (I've watched tons of videos but I have only played 2 lobbies with the Reddit EU guys), the biggest mistake I saw is you're going for suicide plays too frequently, some of them even when the probability to kill someone was low. There are times when you should stop going for a suicide play and just spam some rockets to make them retreat or to attract their attention so your teammates can go in without getting hurt and start a team fight, or you can retreat instead of dying and think on your next movement (I know this is easier said than done).
Another thing I didn't like is, at the end of the video, the medic from your team was only healing the heavy when they were on the little roof on C (that's what it seemed to me).
effortDouglasMake uber build in 20 seconds and make it last for 4.
I've never heard anyone else mention this, just a thought I had a couple months ago and kept to myself. You want to get rid of stalemates, you get rid of the main thing that causes them. Either make it so ubers don't exist(possibly even get rid of overhealing, but that might open up some new meta where teams don't even run a medic anymore, but on the other hand that might not necessarily be a bad thing), or make them charge really really fast and only last a few seconds.
That sounds like using the Quick-Fix in 6's.
Which type of roaming soldier do you prefer to have in your team: one who off-class or one who not and why?
Who should off-class more: a scout or the roamer?
