How can we revive pugs again? Feels like player count is on the low lately, and I'm not sure why

The weapon switch time is 0.5s but what would the uber % difference be if I just beamed him (suppose I was also building with someone until the patient got crit heals) and how long does firing the weapon take?
I guess the 2nd question implied is really, how long does it take to fire a bow between beaming - from ending the beam to starting it again

Ik that you need your patient to be in one of crit heal phases (max crit heals or ramping upto) and that the distance between the patient is somewhat proportional to the uber you get - but what are the numbers like?

I.e. what is the maximum and minimum uber % you get from an arrow and how long does it take (between beaming)?
