SetsulIf your cooler can handle it (or if you delid) then overclocking haswell can give you anything from 4.2 to 4.8 GHz depending on the CPU. The range is a lot wider than with Ivy Bridge but Haswell @4.2GHz will perform at least as good as Ivy Bridge@4.5GHz, which is usually the maximum overclock you can get with air cooling on Ivy Bridge.
tl;dr
Worst Case: low oc, same performance as Ivy Bridge
Best Case/no oc: Haswell >>> Ivy Bridge
->Go for Haswell (the 4000 ones)
I'm running an Ivy Bridge (3770k) at 4.6 GHz and it runs so ridiculously hot I had to get a closed water cooling loop for it (Corsair H100i) and it STILL hits 80C under load. I highly highly doubt that you can get 4.5 GHz on air cooling
Normal I record at 60 fps, slowmo I record at 240 or 360 fps. Smooths are the same way.
They are frame blended, however. I use srcrecord2 and adjust the blendrate to 1200 (the fps lawena records at) divided by the target framerate.
If you're doing extreme slowmo, you should obtain a third party plugin such as twixtor to help save on hard drive space.
m4risaim pretty sure that the tf2 community knows what copyrights are already
Especially with our frag videos which definitely have the copyright holder's consent for our music.
If you have the cash, upgrade the 1TB to WD Caviar Black. Keep your OS and apps on it, and use the 3TB for video storage.
Otherwise looking good.
I uninstalled Candy Crush once I hit level 33 and saw it was 100% luck. I couldn't get 3 stars, so I decided fuck it.
I can't stop playing Bloons TD5.
I've finished every map on hard and reverse, have finished all the special missions, and am halfway done with the random missions.
Someone please help me.
Very often forgotten but fucking incredible movie:

Personally I use Adobe Media Encoder to go from Lagarith AVI to h.264.
Edit: derp I'm an idiot. Great tutorial, very thorough.
I don't know though, match audio length has always worked for me far better than giving a straight FPS and I'm EXTREMELY fucking meticulous about my syncing.
I didn't mind Game 7 so much. Game 6 was pure bullshit, but Game 7 was far better.
I use YChat (old version of xchat iirc) and I really like it.
gr8stalinReal talk bruv it's 2 and a half minutes of backstabs with the odd ambassador headshot, with at least half of them being the same kind of backstab pick on the medic. Quality >>>>>>>>>>>>> Quantity.
Well I only really had like 14 demos to work with, all of which was match footage (sans a pregame scrim so both teams were fully rostered). But duly noted.
EBFI agree with gr8stalin that the bloopers at the end seemed a little longer than necessary. The blooper clips themselves were interesting, but they seemed a bit tacked on and lacked the flow of the rest of the video.
That's because by the time I edited in the bloopers I was sick of the video and just wanted to push it out. But yeah, next time I'll just leave them out and put them on a separate video.
