They do, but do not record or display ticks for the airshot.

Given that client plugins have to be signed by Valve in order to even work on VAC servers, it would be beneficial, from a programming standpoint, that client plugins be as simple as possible so that the updating and resigning process would go as quickly as possible.
I believe a server-based plugin for this sort of request would be best.
I don't think previous map scores need to be shown. I always felt it weird that they were shown in ETF2L casts, the specific scores aren't relevant to the current match, just the overall map score is necessary.
If there were a way to put some kind of indication of which base was which (eLevate logo on their last?) that would be neat. Perhaps also on second points and captured mids. Similar to how DOTA 2 has flags that show team logos.

The title of the article made me think that it was from the onion or sonething
Well it is Breitbart, your confusion isn't entirely unfounded.
what if there are holes on the other side of the shirt that are not visible in this picture?
Red_Does this happen to be the game that "2GD" is making with a group of people? He showed it on stream once. It looked a lot like if it isn't infact this game
That game is called Reborn.
Do other portions of TFTrue work? You can check by typing in chat !tftrue.
If you get some information in the chat log, regarding FOV, the TFTrue version, whether bunnyhop is on, etc, then that's not the problem.
Also, TFTrue won't upload a log of a game that doesn't have more than two people participating. You'll get an error message when the game timer reaches 0.
You're gonna need to post more information than that.
Show us the relevant portions of your server.cfg for starters.
A couple years back I would get these short freezes while someone talked in mumble. Try playing without mumble open and see if you still get the stutters.
I will buy premium to vote in Yukon.
ShunP-REC seems like a really important thing to keep working for the TF2 community--if someone wants to teach me sourcemod voodoo I would help maintain it.
For you and those unaware, there appears to be some work being done on a new automatic POV recorder called AutoPOV.

It's supposed to be open source, so anyone can submit additions and fixes. Orange will assist with getting it signed with Valve, making P-REC obsolete.
Apparently P-REC is indeed broken.
Got one hour of sleep due to some stomach bug keeping me up, then awoke to find my three and nine year old nephews sitting on me, a reminder that today is the day I baby sit them.
