I know that sounds silly, but after getting a constant 120 frames I could hit plenty more shots than with my old, outdated computer
so if you aren't getting good frames, I would recommend upgrading. if you are, practicing and watching better players always helped me
do you think 120hz is absolutely a necessity if you want to get to a high level?

Well first, that slit throat scene just did not fit at all.
On the contrary (It's possible my thoughts of what a frag movie should be leaked into my comments):
That was a perfect blend of editing and frags. The frags were amazing for sure, but I don't know where all the dirt about the "taste" or "overediting" comes from. It's great in so many ways. The syncing was there but not noticeable in any sense unlike many of the frag shows/movies today where it looks so forced. It's innovative - which can be scene in the scattergun ammo text and all the cinematics.

Hey Fog, ryan__ from the irc earlier today.
1. I believe DM servers use the snowball effect a lot - once one or two people join and others see, they'll join too. The inherent problem here is getting said one or two people to join because usually it takes a little bit of time and some people don't have incentive to do such things. I'm in NY and if I could DM there all day that'd be awesome, but no one joins. Saying that, I am also guilty of not joining the NY server when it has no people; I hope this thread brings some more people in the future to the coast servers.
2. If you allow DH, you won't have scouts on DM servers anymore. Fuck that weapon. However, allowing snipers on the #2 servers which I usually do see populated (but if not then whatever) is great. No one can really practice that outside of pugs and matches - sniping in pubs just isn't the same.
brahis invite going to shrink back to 8 or are there going to be tons of moveups? seems like half of this past season's teams are dead/dying and only a few new teams are forming
i'm sure the skill levels will be completely reshaped with main - more teams can play in IM and open, and some of IM, low invite, and prospective new strong teams can join main.
