Why does -insecure make you crash nowadays? I'd play on localhost server and -insecure allows sourcemod that I've installed. Why did Valve have to change this.

I'm using Chris' Highquality config. I don't have -dxlevel 98 in my launch options, I play on fullscreen and I certainly would want to use overlay. Removing the overlay doesn't really clear my problem. Pic: http://puu.sh/bnFAG/e8da0535e4.jpg.
Tried removing mat_antialias 4 from the config. Didn't work.

I really don't understand the numbers here? What's the order in those?
I use broeselhud. RGB colours explain only 3 necessary values but why there is a fourth one?
