do you play on 2cm/360
Anyone got a link to that tf2 iseries vid where they play 8v8 2fort on crt monitors or w.e.? I need it for science
+ the invisible ledge high up above forward spawn on second that only works on red (200 km away from my pc so no screenshot for you nerds)
SitngusHow about different crosshairs for tomislav/minigun and amby/stock revolver?
Sometimes multiple weapons use the same weapon file so you can't put different things on them
remember when we had quality shitposters?
Idk if this has been brought up but the no pipe spin plugin makes stock pipes much harder to see. Could you at least add a visual spin?
twiikuuSylentShoot people in the face at point blank and only take 18 self damageThat's if you're in the air, if not, that's closer to 31 damage.
Wouldnt it still be ~18 if you jump and shoot?
twiikuuSylentEven the default rocket jump self damage resist doesn't apply when damaging someone elseThat's not a condition which affects Soldier's base self-damage resistance, the only factor is whether you're in the air or not.
"To assist with rocket jumps, the Soldier has a 40% damage resistance against any rocket he fires that hurts him while he is in the air. This resistance will take effect even if an enemy was hit with the same rocket used to rocket jump, unlike the Gunboats"
Nvm, you're right
Original point still stands though, it's honestly a silly change
Shoot people in the face at point blank and only take 18 self damage, seems kinda ridiculous imho. Even the default rocket jump self damage resist doesn't apply when damaging someone else, so why should the gunboats do that? I get that the point is to nerf scouts but the med speed and winger jump nerfs already do that, and the gunbats change is going to make soldier ridiculous. At that point, if that's considered "balanced" why not make it so demo gets the explosive jump resistance applied when piping people at close range?
You can get a 500+ hour account for like 2 eur off of reseller sites if you don't wanna idle. However if I were you I'd spend the time playing dm jump maps and mge to get a handle on the game. Unless you're some natural born fps god, you're going to get rolled by every 6s player with your meager tf2 experience

Update: used my hair dryer on it a bunch of times spread out over the last 5 hours so I don't heat it up too much. Was gonna wait till morning but I'm an impatient moron so I decided to test it rn without putting it together.
All the keys work perfectly except for the + key. That one takes a few tries or holding it down with more force to get it going. I'll try using the hairdryer over it and leaving it till morning, hopefully it gets fixed too. If it doesn't, any suggestions?
Edit: held the switch down with a pen and blowdried it for a minute and it works now. Thanks again dudes
Did the alcohol bath (for anyone curious, you need less than 1 liter if you're doing it in something shallow, I used a food tray thats about 2 cm deep). I also rinsed it out with alcohol a few times. I'll give it a day or so to dry, will report results tomorrow. Thanks hooli
Pray for me *EDIT* pray emojis not showing up there goes my joke
