Are your minds blown when you watch a real esports tournament and people are live commenting on the score on twitter, threads, reddit, etc? This is not a long term solution, pushing the burden of responsibility onto coverage sites to censor their coverage.
The only reason we currently have the luxury to censor things if we wanted is because we're tiny and tftv is the only site for anything tf2 related.
Get a grip you pansies, if you didn't wanna spoil a sports result for yourself you wouldn't turn on the sports channel. Your responsibility to avoid spoilers after a huge game.
Remember to sign up today! Cup begins tomorrow afternoon! Tell your friends!
How do you delay a match for a week and then schedule it last minute for a date one team can't attend? Top tier scheduling.
-protosheepy_dogs_handwhy do people keep posting this candle meme i don't get it why not post something original, is it really necessary to have 3 pages of [*]you didnt get banned wtf???
pre-emptive [*]
If the purpose of your biking is exercise rather than enjoyment then you don't even need a remotely good bike. The worse it is, the harder your average cycling will be and the more effort you'll have to put in. Pick up a $50 one from a local shop and cruise that bad boy anywhere you can think of. Cycling is sick.
Even a 10s delay for the cheat feed is impossible if the teams are in front of you playing. Any reaction from them when winning, wiping, etc will look ridiculous 10s before the event happens.
I didn't mention the internet and PC specifications, those are now edited in. But if someone is gagging to do camerawork and doesn't meet the requirements, bear in mind that these only apply for the online practise - at lan you'll have a PC and sick internet. You could just do all your practise offline if you're really dedicated, and record locally.
teamfortresstv is looking for somebody to operate the in-game camera during our DHS & i58 casts.
Davidthewin has been our primary observer for over a year, but for these two LANs we're restructuring how the team works and moving him to a producer role. We are also planning to run these two events live, with no delay, which means that a whole different set of skills are required.
Without the cheat feed (which can pose its own learning curve for new observers), your job would be to use your knowledge of the game to pick the best people to spectate at any given time. By practising online before both of these LANs, you would go into the events feeling confident that you can bring a superb viewing experience to our audience, even without knowing who's gonna hit a phat airshot beforehand.
We'd prefer someone with higher level TF2 experience who understands the game, but if you feel like you have a grasp of the flow of top-level games then we're more than happy to talk to you.
You would be taught the basics (and more) by our current observers, and would have free access to DHS and i58. teamfortresstv is a volunteer organisation though so you shouldn't expect a fat paycheck or travel costs paid etc.
Needless to say, you'd be an integral member of our production team and part of creating something special. Ask any questions below, and send me a DM on here to get in touch!
EDIT: In order to practise online before the LANs (which is 100% a requirement) you'll need to have a PC and internet connection capable of streaming. Rough guide for this is an i5 cpu and upload of around 5mb/s+, but you should test out streaming through OBS beforehand.
SetletIs the VETO system same as in CS:GO? veto->pick->3rd map random?
No, the system is:
Team A bans map.
Team B bans map.
Team A picks map.
Team B picks map.
Team A bans map.
Team B bans map.
Remaining map is the decider.
UPDATE: nerdRage are unable to play, so the Closed Tournament spot has been passed to SUAVE.
If this is a genuine team, I'm very surprised that Thun is rostered up with high level german talent after his time in Made in Germany. Also surprised to see Brego playing again, but that's a positive surprise.
cherry's solution was to not allow high-value items to be bet, as he had no way of 'melting them down'. Are you planning to return to that option while you solve the issue?

The man has taste.
smziSideshow4th seed is a wildcard slot, based on ETF2L seeds or other info. Will be nerdRage next time.
you told me my team has to play qualifiers whatever happens????
That's because your team has no seed from previous cups or ETF2L.
