I don't think it makes much difference tbh, huge downgrades especially when their game rotates around flippy for a large part. Was going to bet large on nerdRage, now I'd bet medium on Ascent.

instead they're playing with either ethug on scout or drphil on roamer, on 60hz

can they beat Ascent without their wonder sniper?

Thalash was mad because you were running full time pyro/heavy/sniper. If you call that "making a hold" then you're obviously taking the piss. I get you're having fun, and it's good to sign up, but I don't think it's unusual to get annoyed at playing vs 3 offclasses at mid/2nd etc.

In terms of the actual cup all it needs is more signups from mid/high teams to make it worthwhile for them to compete. I don't understand why lower teams will constantly refuse to participate in cups when they aren't 100% guaranteed to win. It's completely dumb. Kudos to your team for signing up and playing.

I believe Kaptain also has to catch a flight in the afternoon so the finals were some time around ~1pm? Can't quite remember but it wasn't planned to be in the evening so you should be fine to get back to scotland for your dad's work in the morning.

Some small nerf is best for this weapon, but moving backwards on the whitelist is a bad move. It's not a large adaptation to have this weapon in the game, and you've gotta be prepared for some HUGE adaptations. This is peanuts compared to MM.
