Besides aren't the tickets sold out and the other top Eu teams don't have them yet?
Ticket situation is fixed for the top teams, situation for any other teams would be pending an announcement from multiplay on extra seating areas. I'm optimistic.
Either way this wouldn't be an i55 team, this would be for S22 I imagine. I can't honestly think of who they would take to fill the rest of the slots on this DELTA TEAM but it's interesting to keep an eye on.

jeez, forget about being out of the loop with respect to this community, i think you're out of the loop with respect to pretty much all of modern society if you think someone has to be "enlightened on social issues" or "read tumblr as a bible" to understand the fact that suicide isn't generally (read: ever) something to be taken so lightly that you should be able to casually tell someone you don't know anything about to end their own life.
i don't know why people act so indignant about this stuff. just don't be belligerently insensitive towards people you don't know and don't be surprised if someone calls you out if you misspeak. some gamers and their edgy "tough guy" culture eludes me. shit talk for the same of heating up competition or throwing off your opponents is one thing, but that's not the context here, so there's really no reason to defend what Timeless said, although the permaban was a little much imo.
anyway i'm gonna stop replying now, i think anyone who needs to be explicitly told that "kill yourself" or "fag" aren't things you should publicly and casually throw around like they're going out of style won't have their minds changed by one stranger calling them out so i see no point in responding.
Yo I've lost two of my best friends to suicide but I don't think anyone I know would be really offended by someone light-heartedly telling them they'd "rather kill themselves than write this essay" or someone should "go die" for doing something annoying.
This is a completely different discussion in its own right but I don't think there should be limits on comedy based on the seriousness of the topic. I'd agree that it's not alright to try to offend people by telling them to "go hang urself" or whatever but if you're obviously joking and it's not serious then I don't think there's any reason to avoid serious topics like suicide. Even if you ARE using it as an insult I absolutely do not think that a throwaway comment like that will be taken seriously and provoke any real negative reaction other than mildly offending. You have to use something as insults if you want to insult, practically anything you insult somebody with "shouldn't be said insultingly" but that's the whole point of an insult. I don't think that this one particularly carries more venom than others and shouldn't be interpreted as such. I'd be more offended by something personal.
I understand that isn't quite the context it was being used in here, but either way saying that suicide is something that should never be used lightheartedly is annoying to hear, since it's creating a taboo around joking, discussing and thinking about these serious things.

Did this TF2Center staff meeting happen in late june?
Either way you guys obviously didn't communicate at all with MN afterwards as you went straight to a public announcement, and he didn't communicate with you effectively either. It's so weird the way people are expecting professionalism and getting outraged at the lack of it on the side of TF2Center - yet basic communication isn't being implemented almost anywhere from either side. Shit's gonna go wrong, and when it does go wrong there's no effort to make it better, everyone just assumes the worst.
