Hey guys
There's a lan coming up in Toronto on July 6th hosted by overclock.net. Anyone who's in the area should check it out as we're trying to get a good number of tf2 players going.
The thread on the OCN forum is here: www.overclock.net/t/1400165/overclock-net-grand-champion-series-toronto-july-6th-2013-10-000-prizing
I might post a list of people currently going when I have time later. Or you can post in the comments if you're going I guess...

I was playing around with the QOS settings on my router once and had the exact same behaviour happen. The mumble voice data had a much higher priority than the game data, so it made the game go nuts while I talked.
Maybe see if that's the case here.
It looks like the steampipe update fixed the crashes on changelevel for ss (at least on the servers I've been looking at).
If anyone else is getting crashes from ss, post them here.
Please include:
-server provider
-server os
-other plugins running on the server
-description of the crash
-debug.log output of the crash (if you can)
london_callinghey dudes! really appreciate all the hard work and attention you are giving this amazing tool. since our server got updated to the steampipe yesterday, sizzling stats has seemed to stop working, so i tried just putting the addons and cfg folder into the new custom folder (.../custom/mystuff is the directory) on the server and for some reason it still isnt working. its showing all the same stuff loaded where it was before as well.
does anyone have some insight on how to make this work with the new steampipe layout? sorry if this was answered before. grateful for all the help!!!
Hi, check the OP for the most recent version. The auto updater broke a while ago and required a manual patch which was posted on the stats pages for any servers with outdated plugins. The plugin version in the OP is also a fixed version which works with steampipe and will update to the newest version automatically when loaded.
Thanks for the support!
Just a little tip for linux nfo users:
The metamod source version that nfo uses for their auto installer (v1.10.0) causes a crash on changelevel. Downgrading to the latest metamod source v1.9.3 build should fix that.
http://www.sourcemm.net/snapshots
Also be sure to keep your sourcemod install up to date. The version of sourcemod on the nfo auto installer is fine.
This issue is separate from the changelevel crash with ss.
I'll add you guys to see what the problem is.
The lifetime of any good SSD these days is comparable to a mechanical HDD from what I've read. This means that you shouldn't really need to worry about wasting write cycles, maybe just for the more common writes like page files, temporary directories, and browser caches. As far as that goes, I use a ramdisk for my browser cache so it doesn't stress out the drive while still being fast.
You just need to make sure that you run a TRIM on the drive every week or so to keep the drive in top performance.
Having a separate folder for demos that you simlink might be a bit annoying when you want to play back demos since they won't show up in the autocomplete in the tf2 console. You could just simlink the whole tf folder to another drive in that case.
jaybenaduchisigning in through steam links me to a callback download :(
I'll get techno to check that out soon.
I've been waiting for someone to comment on the metamod stuff. I've been planning to add metamod compatibility, but in the past few weeks, I've had no time to work on it or the plugin itself.
I am aware of the issues that could arise from running two non-metamod plugins at the same time and have tried to avoid doing anything that would cause plugin incompatibilities. It can't stay this way forever, so before I implement anything else which could cause plugin conflicts, I will be adding metamod compatibility.
As for the reports of crashing with eventscripts, it turned out that es was crashing by itself before my plugin was installed. So there are no issues so far.
overtureAs far as I know, my server crashes with this plugin when I had eventscripts installed.
When eventscripts was taken off my server, this plugin worked like a charm!
Which version of es was your server using?
EmmaWatsonTechnosex,
It won't load for me, I added you for help. I think the problem is that my server already has libcurl.so.4.2.0 and it won't let me delete the old libcurl.so.4.2.0 and replace it. Also, I'm using linux
Thanks in advance,
Emma Watson
libcurl.so.4.2.0 is only needed if you are on linux and there isn't already a libcurl file in the orangebox directory. So it must be something else.
Edit: Just received word that yours is working now.
Extra Info
The only supported game modes are tournament config modes not including MvM.
The in-game stats page can be toggled/held open with this script if you desire:
alias +sizz_stats "sizz_show_stats"
alias -sizz_stats "sizz_hide_stats"
bind <key> +sizz_stats
The latest version is v0.9.4.4 at the link below.
I have one, it's just not feature complete yet and not signed.
