This might be a little off the wall but a little over 15 years ago in my early 20's I learned a few different "Kata" routines. It is basically a system of slower movements that focus your balance and form as you move from one stance to another. I was heavy into fighting at the time so it was suggested these techniques could help me out. I found that getting into the routine can be an extremely calming experience while also "working out" in a sense. I am extremely out of practice right now and even forget a few routines but still occasionally do the ones I remember to break a sweat and freak out my cats.

I had someone teach me in person so that may be hard to find but there are likely DVD's and internet videos posted for home use without a trainer.

An extremely good point that I agree with. I care way more for the community and about TF2 growing in general. TFTV is the only real place competitive thrives so seeing arguments like this on the front page can drive new ppl away and I would hate to think I had a hand in that. I basically come online every night to play TF2 and try to improve as any teammate I have had can attest, but this forum BS isn't good. So regardless of me defending myself against false accusations or being right/wrong about anything posted, I can just say sorry for my end and not get involved with it again.

In each post, I can't spot a single fucking instance where I was being "RACIST" against anyone. In each and every one of those posts, I stated my valid opinion on those incidents that is shared by many in this country. In the "live from the streets" and "ferguson" thread: It is not racist to support the police regardless of the color of the victim. If you don't agree with my view point that is fine but nothing I said was racist at all.

In the "donald trump" and "Paris attacks" thread: It is not racist to hate and want to destroy every terrorist that means my country harm. Once again, you and whoever else can disagree with me but it doesn't make anything racist.

I think you need to look at yourself kid and get off your moral high horse thinking your point of view is the only one that matters. You also need to analyze what it means to "say something racist" because you obviously have no fucking clue.

They did play well just like in game 1 but they can't give the caps powerplays. If they can't stay out of the box on stupid penalties then its not going to happen.

That could be fucking huge for the team. Voracek has been a non-factor since he came back. If he gets his confidence back and starts rolling we have a real chance in this series.
