I could say I was a Pinball game https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ww4s_c2gCzs
Except that I was using this name 3 years before the pinball game came out
This is probably a stupid question but I have tried to make my own frag movie several times. I am just too old and stupid with a computer to figure out how to make it work with the programs recommended.
Would it even be possible to pay someone with TF2 items and have them do it for me? I probably have enough footage for 2 videos depending on length. The demos are saved and ticks recorded.
Trash talk between teams used to be extremely healthy back when Quakeworld TF and Quake 3 fortress was around. Animosity between several players on each team sticking up for teammates existed in spades. The main reason this was so healthy for the community was because teams stuck together from season to season. It was common place to play 3-5 season with the same 8-9 players on the same team for all that time.
In TF2, that simply doesn't exist. Teams rarely ever stay together for even 1 season let alone 3-5 seasons. Constant trash talk on a healthy level will burn bridges with players in the TF2 community. For players like myself who are not part of some circle jerk of players, it is not good to trash talk anyone. I always want to keep all options open for future seasons so I can possibly join different teams of players who don't dislike me for talking shit in some scrim.
nothing at all wrong with the maps being used right now. Switching Granary to Granary_pro is the only viable option.
There are no other maps that can effectively take the place of granary.
GueqsKnuckles_2. I was just in a job interview for a tech consultant position at school and the employer asked what games I play (I told her I built a gaming PC) I hesitated for a second and just said DOTA because it seemed like the most normal response
you need to be proud for who you are and from where you came brah, i would said teen fortress 2 rigth on time
edit: came lol
Being totally honest, I told my current boss exactly what I did in my free time because he asked me that direct question. I straight up said, I play games online competitively. Followed up shortly after explaining how the video games I am talking about are not like "Pac-Man" or other mindless games you play against a computer.
I laid out for him how I started 20 years ago and been a team leader for as long as I can remember with great success. Organization, scheduling, team building, etc. To be honest, he ate it up completely and I have an awesome job.
You never know who you will encounter in life or what they may have knowledge about. Just be confident in yourself and many doors open.
What about "lunchbox" on granary?
I had 2 TF2 instances with my wife. The first was when she asked me what I do in the game. I explained what a roamer's job is about and shooting rockets at feet. Later that night, she bitched at me for not cleaning some small things around the house and leaving it for her to do. I told her I roam the house looking for big messes and can't get the small ones. Wasn't received well.
My wife comes down into my man cave to do wash and cat stuff when I am playing. One night at dinner I asked her what she hears and thinks is going on when I am playing and talking. She said "I hear a lot of talk about "rape" and "scouts being raped".
bump for tryouts
Encouraging more experienced players to pub on your server is not a bad idea but this website is almost completely geared towards 6v6 and not a single server you have posted is hosting a 6v6 map.
That said, I realize you don't get any competitive edge from playing a huge pub server but players like myself enjoy warming up against live targets on whatever map we have scrims/matches on for that week. Basically what I am saying is maybe put some 6's maps in your rotation.
mustardoverlordeven when he was literally getting double the frags and dmg of every other player
Mustard, you talk a lot of crap in so many threads and thankfully we don't know each other at all, but prove this "literally" statement somehow.
Also, just for the record, I am not commenting on this thread to be against Knuckles in any way, I am more interested in Mustard's unfounded comments.
Has been fantastic playing with Tery for over 2 seasons. Dude is always looking to improve the "team" not just himself. Crasian is an extremely solid soldier and having this combo in open will be strong. With a good supporting cast they will be playoff bound for sure.
MaxHaxI wanted to clarify that the season wasn't disastrous because we lost, but because I lost what I considered to be good friends because we had conflicting thoughts on this game that we love. After that happened, I was on tilt for the rest of the season and my heart wasn't in it. I appreciate them for staying through and for Mana and Crasian coming into our roster and saving our season by not even playing their mains.
Most teams/players would have simply died and never played another game after we lost our scouts. What happened was not your fault as much as you want to blame yourself. (at least from my pov) I was grateful that we stuck it out in a bad situation and did not forfeit a single game. In my opinion says tons about Tery, rdj and Maxhax.
If I was forming a team right now or looking for players to fill a spot, Dango would be very high on the list. Super chill and great teammate from 2 season ago. Solid DM and Gamesense.
