Also my local PC shop are huuuuge nerds and I talk with them a lot (looking to maybe get a part time job there) and they built my current rig for free and have said they'd build my newer rig for free as well when I get it. m_yaw 0.022 //needs to be this default value for raw input

And try these in your launch options:
-useforcedmparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd

Also the MarkC accel fix mentioned in #2 helps in a lot of cases.
