Yeah millions suffered or died, but it was for the greater good and led to a better life for millions of Russians ever since. On a national level, Russia benefited from Stalin. You can extrapolate cause and effect here mega hard.

Personally I'd really try and push a buddy system, where all the new teams get assigned a buddy from a higher div to show them the ropes, provided you could get enough volunteer buddies. Helped us a lot when we did Fresh Meat, logistically and in playing the game.

Respect to the admins for their work already mind.

New qualifier bracket, essentially the two losers of the upper bracket get another shot to qualify to prem before dropping down to the lower bracket
yak made the astute observation that since all games have been scheduled on the same day at the same time you could reasonably swap some matches around to make the bracket much fairer and not delay the season start any more.

at the moment you've got the very dumb situation where the only 2 teams in the bracket who were alive last season have to win 2 matches in a row (no losses) to qualify while the 4 (pretty arbitrarily chosen) teams in the top bracket get literally 3 chances to win a single game

Tobtry changing the x and y values to 0. I think that should fix it.
Width and Height should be fine.
If it doesn't, try 32 for x and y and see what changes. Shouldn't be too hard to find the correct values
(no in-game way to reload this. You'll need to restart your tf2 each time you save the changes to the txt file)

Any idea why Seeker has gone weird?define the "weird shape"

If it's purple/black checkers you messed up the name of the crosshair somewhere (check the name in the txt file, check the vtf name, check the vmt name, check the crosshair name inside the vmt file)

If it's an off center crosshair that is cut off or duplicated you messed up the crosshair coordinates in the txt file. If the VTF file is 64x64 make sure to change the txt file coordinates to reflect that

I think it's the top left portion of the Seeker xhair

I have the following in my grenade launcher script file for xhair:
