Going to start eating healthier also.
Unfortunately I don't like many types of veg and I can't cook...
So far I've been having quorn ready meals just because they're less salty and fatty than regular ready meals, but hopefully I get into the habit of preparing my own food.

If you're bad , you're bad and there is no pressure because you can't be expected to do great stuff.
Imo scout aim is all about composure . Try and switch off from your aim so it's almost nonchalant. It's a bit like football; if you try and smash a volley really hard you ll likely fuck up the technique. The best volleys are an almost lazy swing where the technique is spot on and that generates the power. Like zizou in the cl final Vs Leverkusen.
You just relax and let muscle memory take over

Think various youtube vids (probably suggested on Mr Paladin vids...) ended up with me playing HL demo in open for some randoms (Maxpolk I think one was called - cheers, if you ever read this and that was your name)
Then signed up for this year's Fresh Meat challenge. Jimb0t/Pheaa from Loli Squad caught me asking in random pubs if anyone wanted to play, and stepped in to save me from myself in terms of how all the team stuff was done so I could actually make a team.
And so, The Shaggers Club came into being.
