As a matter of fact, I have ~200 more hours on soldier than you do. In case you haven't been around the community for very long, it's a joke that all soldiers do is shoot feet to get kills, I was being facetious. The point I was trying to make is that the differences in how well you can aim with stock vs. original is so minor in the end, it doesn't matter much which you use as long as you get used to using it.

Most people have covered the major differences (stock works if items are down, can shoot around right corner but not left, original is easier to aim (which is stupid cause if you just get used to stock, that one is easy to aim as well... you're just shooting the ground for god's sake), etc).

The only thing I haven't seen posted here is that you can jump faster w/ stock launcher. I don't mean in terms of velocity, but since you don't have to turn as far to your right for a jump, you can do more of them in a shorter amount of time.

In the end all these "differences" are pointless because jumping is pretty much the same, and aiming pretty much just consists of shooting feet.

I can jump fine from the left with default launcher.

So ever since the last update the custom hud I used has been broken. I've been using the default hud and I kind of like it, with the exception of the last damage done numbers (they are really hard to see a lot of the time).

What would be the easiest way to modify only that part of the hud? Can I just copy and paste the damageaccount.res from another custom hud, or is it more complicated than that?

And I thought Fog's limit the demo's stickies 'n stuff.

My hud doesn't seem to crash (KBNhud), but how do I reinstall? Can I take it out, start up the game, replace the same resource and scripts files, and restart? Or do I have to re-download the resource and scripts files?

Also, does anyone know if KBNhud is going to be updated soon?

This is tough. If I wanted one for sheer replay value, it'd have to be a game like fallout 3, FO: New Vegas, or Skyrim.

But I think I'd even get bored of those games if I had to play them over and over. I think my favorite game, and the one I'd most enjoy replaying, would be Bioshock.

Edit: I just saw you're looking for great classic single player games. If you haven't played Bioshock yet, I don't know what you're waiting for. It is one of the best written and best looking games I've ever played. Amazing story, characters, setting, sound track, it's just all around awesome.
