#35 Just another sensitivity thread... in Q/A Help

There is a sweet spot for sensitivity being between about 8-14 inchs. Bloodsire has said this, along with a few other people. If you take a look at any top level scout, their sensitivity is pretty much around the 11-12 inch range. I'm not saying you should copy them, but it's definitely something to look into, and if you're stuck for ideas I would suggest trying this out.

There are exceptions, such as b4nny, but you should base your sensitivity around what feels most comfortable, not what class you play. I personally play with an 11 inch 360 and can rocketjump and do 360's just fine. I'm also a scout/sniper main.

Edit: It seems other people have said this as well, I did not realize that. At the very least, I can emphasize their point.

#1 Name change in Requests

I would like my name to be changed to:

tangyy

All lowercase please. I know it seems small, but it looks way better and would mean a lot. I can be patient, take your time.

#18 ex-Getawhale Fanclub sponsored by EVL, picks up two in News

I was just kind of suprised that nobody cared about his history of cheating. I personally am still a little skeptical about it, but nobody else seems to feel the same way which is fine. I'm not forcing anyone to. But like I said, if he shows no signs of cheating then I wish him and the rest of his team the best. This is my honest opinion.

I still have never directly interacted with him.

Because people still fail to realize that you can be good at sniper and not cheat.

Hopefully Hassassin has chosen wisely and decided to stop cheating for good. If he has, then good on him.

Nice to see another sponsor in tf2 though.

deetrYa except Overwatch is basically a moba and requires less dm than call of duty

Preech it sister.

Sad to see froyo leave, but ascent will step in I think. Leaves more room for newer players as well, as they will not be quite as intimidated by the mountain we knew as FROYOtech.

#161 Hassassin_ cheat evidence. in TF2 General Discussion

Please stay on to the original intent of the thread. I do not want this to turn into a hackusation thread, this was meant to be purely informative.

If people are confused as to who to listen to, pay attention to smobo. He is a ugc admin and what he says is correct and all that really matters. To smobo, I think you should request some random demos from games at various points from the year and carefully analyze them.

Proto, please stop posting irrelavant information and starting arguements. You are not helping anybody.

There is no debate over whether or not Hassassin has cheated, the current confusion is over whether or not he does it in matches.

As for people talking about bullet, I do not have enough information about him to do anything. If you would like to collect evidence on your own, be my guest.

I was concerned about posting this thread, but I asked b4nny and a few other people what they thought I should do it and they said to go for it.

That's exactly the point I was wanting to get across, whether I showed it well or not.

People were making it seem as if they did not think he hacked at all, which is not true. I'm just throwing this out there in case some more solid evidence comes up, there will be less of a doubt because he has clearly done it before.

My original intent was to collect further information until everybody started critisizing me. I should not have let it get to me.

I don't see what the big deal about that is. I may have been wrong about the textures, I just know that they do not allow that in csgo and I was wrong to assume the same for tf2. The third one has a highly suspicious red model though, I see no other way to get that other than a cheat. The SMAC ban speaks for itself.

I tried to present all the evidence I could find.

At the very least, he should be placed on a watch list and kept under a careful eye.

How do you know that it's the texture pack? It looks slightly different to me. I know for a fact that the same effect can be reached with tools such as nvidia inspector. But you are still missing the point.

My evidence is in the ban and the screenshot with the red model. This shows a repeated history of cheating, and he clearly cannot be trusted.

Why am I having to repeat myself?

So is cheating alright now? If VAC actually worked, then we wouldn't even be having this conversation right now. I guess I'll just go cheat on ctf_turbine and then come into competitive and not suspect anybody to be suspicious.

Do you fail to see the SMAC ban that says "aimbot"?

I'm not even talking about cheating in matches, but how could someone possibly deny that he has ever cheated?

#49 Hassassin_ cheat evidence. in TF2 General Discussion

I have never played, with or agaisnt this player and I spoke to him breifly in twitch chat today. Beyond this I have had no interactions with the player.

Cheating should be absolutely un-tolerated. It creates distrust and division within the competitive scene. I am not calling for a ban, I would just like people to know the facts. A SMAC ban is no laughing matter, and I personally am convinced that he has cheated in some form on his main account.

If it was a one time thing, I could understand. But I am seeing 2 instances of potential cheating, one being very convincing (the SMAC ban).

The evidence is the ban by the anti-cheat.

You guys are missing the point, don't look at the textures.

If this player has hacked repeatiatly in pubs, what's to keep him from doing it in a setting where winning actually matters? I'm not saying he should be banned just off of this, but people should be aware about this if looking to pick him up for a team.

In the third screenshot, it is completely red. This is evidence of a wall/material hack. Look up tf2 material hack on google images.

I understand the textures are not a dead giveaway, but if you read through that thread and look online, you can find that esea is somewhat stingy with textures like that.

That's not the point though. Take a look at the player model on the hud and the aimbot ban.
