#7 Hassassin_ cheat evidence. in TF2 General Discussion

If anyone would like to see this is the appeal made by Hassassin. The admin, Chuckwagon, does a good job of explaining the situation.

#1 Hassassin_ cheat evidence. in TF2 General Discussion

Hassassin is a somewhat well known demoman who plays in ESEA IM as demoman and is known to play ugc 6 v 6 from time to time.

Hassassin was recently banned on Skial (2 months ago), a large community server for having aimbot. This was a ban by Source Mod Anti-Cheat, a very reliable anti-cheat. You can see the sourceban here. This is an alternate account of his.
https://www.skial.com/sourcebans/index.php?p=banlist&searchText=[U%3A1%3A168847175]&Submit=
This is the ban on his main account. As you can see, the ip addresses are the same.
https://www.skial.com/sourcebans/index.php?p=banlist&advSearch=[U:1:93355936]&advType=steamid&Submit

This player also has a few screenshots showcasing some type of odd texture, which I am pretty sure esea does not allow. One of them was in a ugc match server.

This one also reveals some type of wallhack or material hacks based on looking at the player model on the left.
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=272601165
Granted, these were over a year ago but bear with me.

If the player can be seen cheating over a year ago, and has recently been detected for cheats again, there is no way of telling if he is not still doing it or will not start again.

I have already contacted ugc and esea about it, they are investigating. He plays IM demoman and ugc platnium 6 v 6 sometimes.

He also plays with or played with many known cheaters, bunny and bullet to name a few.

My main concern comes because it's possible that he makes the move to invite, and I cannot stand the thought of a cheater in invite.

If anybody has any further evidence please do tell. This is not a witchhunt, I already have enough evidence that he has cheated at some point, the only question needing answered is if he has done it on his main and in competitive matches.

Here is the players steam profile
https://steamcommunity.com/id/Hassassin_

Please do not add the player just to insult, he is a human being as well. I would greatly appreciate it if everybody acted in a calm and mature matter about this and not go and post some nasty words in his comments or talk trash to him.

#9 Buying Gaming Mouse for TF2 Items, Please Help in Hardware

Deathadder all the way.

Anything above $50 will generally have pretty similar hardware, so it's all about how it fits in you hand. Try and get your hands on one at best buy or frys wherever you live

Wait, I don't understand. I still have the game in my library and I can play it just fine to the extent of my knowledge.

What benefits do I get for paying the $10?

I suggest you do research on each of these 3. These are probably the 3 most popular cheap 144 hz monitors.

These are all relatively cheap. I HIGHLY advise something 120 hz or higher, 144 hz is optimal. Anything below that is not worth it at this point.

Crt is alright, but it's honestly out-dated. They are huge, bad quality, and the advantages<disadvantages when compared to a solid 144 hz monitor.

Crt is ok

#14 Quakelive is steam only now in Other Games

I like the new menus. They are a lot easier to navigate and have better settings. I didn't play it very much before because playing it on steam was very clunky, and I was not going to go to browser. Nice to see that it's fully compatible now, and may attract new players.

I guess it's sad for you old players though, I personally have not played for that long so I don't get that sense of loss.

#17 Games for Tracking in Q/A Help
S2W-ELLRatz Instagib 2.0. If you want to make your sensitivity the same in both games, change your tf2 sens to 2.85.

Ratz is actually really good for your aim. The engine is different, but the amount of movement involved and the speed forces you to make good flicks and learn to track targets through the air. I recommend this as well. You do not need to change your sensitivity though, just use this to find the correct value.

Make sure to turn off adblocker for this site and tf.tv if you use it. The mouse site will not work if you have it on.

#19 Smart Drugs in Off Topic

Unless you have an actual disorder, you should not take drugs like these. It only makes you depend on the drugs, which you should not, instead of learning to focus. You're just putting off the actual problem and wasting money while you are at it. You will be much better off if you learn to do it yourself than to rely on some pill.

If you do actually have ADHD or another disorder, than I apologize, and you should take what you need.

#29 165hz Asus monitor in Hardware
ErenJayUuuhhh yeah im sure everyone watching their 24 fps 1080p movies will love having this 1440p 165hz monitor.

I understand you are being sarcastic, but there are a lot of tv that run at 60hz, mine for example. For people wishing to have an even nicer picture than the standard 60hz tv, or what you rich people have, 120 hz tv, they should buy this monitor and replace their tv with it.

#12 is a 144hz monitor worth the upgrade in Hardware
lavanineFor acer ive had awful experiences with their monitors so I am defiantly sticking with asus

I still stand by my acer though. If you are not going to buy it just because you don't like the brand, that's your loss. I personally have had no problems with it at all. You should at least look at the reviews before you judge it.

The difference from the asus and benq models sitting at around $250 is very small, but if you want to save $50 it's a good pickup. It's the cheapest 144hz that I am aware of, and it provides pretty good bang for your buck. The acer has a slightly higher pixel ratio though, 100,000,000:1 vs 80,000,000:1

Then again, if you are looking into buying something like this, you will want to best quality you can get, and it might very well be worth the extra $50 for you. Try and see them both in person, but if you can't you will have to make the decision yourself.

#4 is a 144hz monitor worth the upgrade in Hardware

This one is cheaper and just as good.

http://www.amazon.com/Acer-GN246HL-Bbid-24-inch-Widescreen/dp/B00KO4518I

Response time and input lag are both very well. You can't notice a difference between the monitors, I have tried them both The extra $50 for the one you want is not worth it.

144 hz will be the best piece of gear you can pick up besides good mouse/processor or graphics card.

#19 Is it worth upgrading to Windows 10? in Hardware

Certainly. It has most of the features of windows 7 with the look of windows 8. I was skeptical at first, but it's a free upgrade. I have encountered no bugs so far, and my performance for gaming has been more or less the same. I would highly advise it. As time goes on, more and more games are going to be moving away from windows 7, I would advise switching now before you have to pay for it.

#24 165hz Asus monitor in Hardware

High refresh rate means clearer picture and more enjoyable viewing experience. This is probably for people wishing to replace their tv with a computer, so it's for watching videos and movies, which is something that does not require low response time/input lag. It is also alternatively used for single player and casual games.

This was not designed for competitive gaming, more so to improve experience of casual and single player games.
