This is just wrong. Something that heals the same as CRIT HEALS point blank in a single second is not balanced. I don't know what you're smoking.
Even if the express heals got nerfed needles have been obsolete for so long nobody would really go back to it. They'd have to do exactly what they did to old Crossbow: buff it to an insane level so everyone uses that instead of the then-common needles.

No, during registration ESEA makes you pick a conference - since for CS this actually matters - but after the deadline they will consolidate all the Open teams into a singular conference, especially as we're looking at sub-50 teams this season.
If we had a few more teams willing to do what they did, we'd be in a better place.

But their already suspect defense is now without their best player (by FAR). They better hope they draft a defensive superstar next year with that 1st, and that dude needs to pay dividends immediately, too. Also I'd rather have a 2nd than 3rd + 6th. The extra 2nd in addition to Mack is the silly part I think.
