MenachemSo what exactly does 45 minutes per round mean? If a game starts with only 20 minutes before the next round, is it just a 20 minute game?
If you play a full 30 minute match, there'll only be 15 minutes until the next round of Swiss games is generated. You'll just have less downtime between rounds, which is good and bad for a 5 round Swiss ordeal. They will wait until all matches conclude before going to the next round, but if it takes 25 minutes to start a game, ya got problems.
