I feel like if there's a good-enough grasp on the skill level of teams then group stage might not be necessary, since the tournament is double elimination to begin with.

NOIR has split on good terms and so I'm looking for a team as Medic in ESEA Season 29. I want to be part of a serious team that functions well together and can work out issues like human beings. Like my BLANC teams of old, I want a team that has long-term plans as well - Lord knows we don't have enough of those nowadays. Division does not matter especially since I've yet to break .500 in four seasons of IM. During S28 with NOIR I had my ups and downs and while I could've performed better, the only thing that really mattered to me was that I enjoyed playing again. Whether it was the new teammates or consistent scrim schedule, plus being free from laptop hell (after roughly 100 seasons) let me have fun while playing the shittiest class in the game. I'd like to think of myself as a good teammate that communicates well both in and out of the game, doesn't tilt, and has a clean schedule for scrims / matches.

But yeah that's enough of a nerd essay. Try me out! In a worst case scenario, I'll make a comeback to my brilliant S23 campaign as the most mediocre Soldier to ever grace Open. My priority is still finding a home to heal some dudes.

I submitted a ticket for my team's match yesterday at 7:50PM EST (the match was scheduled for 10PM EST the same night) and they responded / set maps 10 minutes later, so I'm not sure what's up with that.
