These conferences make no fucking sense - there's only 36 teams. Even during the S16 shitfest there was a combined like 30 teams in Open, and I'm pretty sure the season after that had around the same amount. (Edit: S17 had 38 teams so yeah no reason for splitting Open again.)

Really hope tri will consolidate Open into one conference later since it appears the schedules are not finalized yet.

We have more than enough IM teams (around 19). The question is really on Open at this point, but it's never clear exactly how many Open teams there are since rosters without paid players are dropped so often. Right now Open shows 32 teams which would be really shitty, though still enough teams at a minimum (the pathetic S16 had 31 teams for reference). Plus you add in however many are "inactive" and we should be alright. Not good, just alright.

We're primarily looking for an IM-level Scout backup. Muse will be out on Thursdays so you're guaranteed playtime every week (ignoring exceptions of course). Because of this we'll always try to play matches on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. But if there are conflicts we'll call on you for matches as well, which is why it's important to have a dedicated Scout backup on the team. We are also looking for a Medic backup who can cover for me as my schedule may get a little erratic throughout the season / semester. I don't expect it to be too often, but I'll always alert you as far ahead of time as possible.
