enoryt and Yz50's steak dinner is one of my favorite stories even though it was before my time.

Khakiim surprised no one mentioned tyrone
Do you mean 3-time LAN champiom enoryt? Dude played out of his mind during S9 LAN with Prophets if memory serves.
Don't disrespect the legends like that man, c'mon now.
mathemaphysicistmathemaphysicistThis is why I don't play open. You guys are just too toxic. See you in invite where players are very friendly and they don't talk down to you.
It wasn't funny the first time and it's not funny this time around either.
That was probably the longest ever match on ESEA right?
If you want IM to come back, we need teams to STICK. TOGETHER. We're never constantly able to supply enough teams because half the playoff rosters die every offseason which is why IM was always on life support. If they promote all 16 Open playoff teams and we keep a strong majority of them, there might be a chance.
The only thing that hasn't happened on that card is a Viaduct upset and maybe scrim drama lol.
Apt is a good Scout with good intentions. His DM is good and he could play different styles of Scout if asked to - at least he did when I was teammates with him. He also asked questions about his own play, team matters, etc. which is good to see in a young(er) player. However, Apt is volatile in the sense that he could be all over the place, usually during losing or a bad stretch. Sometimes too loud and wild, sometimes too quiet / shuts down. That would affect his play and cause a negative cycle. Even in games where we'd be winning he could have freakout moments. It might just be because he cares so much about TF2 and being driven to win. I don't know if the last season and a half has helped temper him in that regard but that's most critical to his development. If he can just calm down in those situations, I could see him becoming really, really good.
ymRaisinDo you think we can get a vod of shade's POV? It would be cool to see how he did it running full-time kritz.
You can download the STV from the match page.
Another one for his records, but it's a 5-0 roll that took 10 minutes. To be fair that's where the majority of perfect games happen, so this one by ninjanick will always be more impressive (in my mind) since it was 30 minutes long.
THE RETURN. I've played with Muse for three* seasons and he's been wonderful. He's got great aim and a great head for the game. Always been an excellent teammate that's cared about how to improve as an individual and as a team unit. If he's dedicating more time to TF2 then all the better. You can't go wrong with him.
DanceNumberjust looking through this thread... do people not post in match comms anymore?
I've been doing it since forever lol but even back in the day it felt like nobody really posted on the match pages. Guess people just want to post here now.
They should be called Froyo Goers.
ComangliaIn that case Blanc has been on life supports since it's inception.
People forget that the original BLANC Esports in S18 comprised of Shiki, dango / reilly, and vortex. XD

KonceptAlso why are you complaining about the length of my article? There's only so much that I can write that's actually relevant to the story. Formatting and getting quotes from players also can increase the perceived length of an article, but I'm not going to draw a point on after it's already been made. Snivy is currently wrapped up in his own stuff, so I'm going to have to get a quote and have someone edit it in later.
I write because I enjoy doing it, not because I'm looking for your seal of approval.
Don't worry about it. Ignore the ungrateful shits. There are those of us that appreciate any news, even retired writers like me. You're doing fineee.
whymeoSeeing these open teams get 5-0'd in under 10 minutes by the high-IM teams makes me worry for the future of the scene. Like if that's your introduction to ESEA you are probably way less inclined to stick around.
It's been like that every season. Sometimes you do the rolling and sometimes you get rolled. But you have to keep trying. If teams can't toughen up through that then we're a lost cause no matter what.
