Seeing these open teams get 5-0'd in under 10 minutes by the high-IM teams makes me worry for the future of the scene. Like if that's your introduction to ESEA you are probably way less inclined to stick around.

It's been like that every season. Sometimes you do the rolling and sometimes you get rolled. But you have to keep trying. If teams can't toughen up through that then we're a lost cause no matter what.
