I might be interested in editing videos and stuff.

Downsides are that I'm not that experienced and that my uni-, work- and real life workload is pretty heavy sometimes so I can't really say how much time I could spend and how frequent that would be (big downside I guess ._.).

I'm pretty familiar with Sony Vegas, know the plain basics of Premiere and After Effects (which I don't currently have on my PC tho) and I'm kinda ok with Photoshop.

My TF2 recording quality is somewhat okay I think, I haven't really understood smoothing and stuff like that though.

I edited a lot of stuff in the past, but mostly fun and stupid projects (aka bullcrap or weird shit) and a bit more serious (but rather simple) stuff for uni, nothing real "epic" or "professional" though. Just message me if you still want to know more about that.

I somewhen heared that Eminem called himself like that because his prename and aftername both start with M and if you say M&M fast it kinda sounds like Eminem (don't even know if this is true tho).
My initials are M&K so I thought Mackey would fit. The name was already taken so youtube suggested TheMackey. That name was taken as well so I just added a number.

Maybe do a showmatch or something on tf.tv, these worked out pretty well for any fundraiser in the past.

Also maybe you could add some easy or stupid perks like in the se7en fundraiser. Getting signed teampictures or custom shoutouts or whatever will get some people to donate some extra 20 bucks or so I think while printing a photo and get the signatures for example only would've take a few minutes (I have no idea how expensive shipping stuff like this is tho).

If you know how a game works you deserve an advantage imo.

Also, if you're a newbie you have really fucking giant disadvantages against more experienced players anyway, so these little tweaks and tricks won't even do much at that level.

And why blocking customisation if you can implement them anyway? Valve let's your character look how you want it, why not make your game look how you want it?
