edit: Was scrolling through my profile and found this recently, a lot of anime is kind of ass but i just finished Nichijou and it was legitimately one of the best animated series i have ever seen, not that I've seen that many.

I don't know why the framerate is doing that, but i remember that tf2 can do some really ugly things if you set host_timescale to something unusual without setting sv_cheats 1
