I had to create a political opinion poll for a summer course, and so I decided to look at any possible correlation between FIFA World Cup viewership and parental political affiliation. This survey is tailored towards Americans, so the cleavage questions may not be suitable for Europeans.

You can't have a interp of 0. Previously, setting interp to 0 would just make it as low as possible, it wouldn't actually be 0. Now, the command cl_interp has been deprecated, is is being overridden by your other _xratio's and _xrate's.

Check your config file, make sure nothing in there is overriding your settings. Also, your class configs might have net settings in them, I know mine do.

EDIT: The minimum interp would be 1/(200/3) or 0.015, assuming your _xrate's were at 66.6666666 repeating, which is the tickrate of all tf2 servers.

While American-German hostilities were certainly exacerbated by the Zimmerman Telegram, by far the biggest reason for America joining WWI was Germany's unrestricted submarine warfare. American civilians were being killed as if they were armed combatants. The Germans sent the Zimmerman Telegram because they believed that war with the US was already inevitable, which means that the telegram played a minimal role in America's decision to go to war.

The note actually only promised Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico, and only asked for Mexican assistance should America enter WWI. It was meant to discourage America from going to war, not spur Mexico into WWI.

I hope

This is going to sound like I'm a pleb who only listens to brostep or something, but, there was no drop. The entire movie was building suspense, and by the end of it, I was ready for some big-ass drums and violins and shit to jump in a blow my mind. The entire video was building up to a spectacular quadruple airshot and 6 meatshots while surfing into their medic with a pre-nerf equalizer or something, and it never happened. Imagine how unfulfilling LOTR would be if any of the movies hadn't had a huge suspenseful event(s) in it. That's what this movie was. It was a cocktease that left me frustrated and antsy. Even after writing this, I'm still waiting for something amazing to happen.

tl;dr, great building of suspense, but no release, so I just have the fragmovie equivalent of blueballs.
