That's not even getting into the idea of systemic issues in the US when it comes to racism and how policing is done and enforced. Ohh admins can 100% play in the div or league that they are watching over. It just requires a much greater effort for transparency, and if needed total recusal of decision making if you are potentially impacted like you said. So far RGL and its admins have just been totally dogshit when it comes to both of these things. ESEA's rule was just that no admin could be playing invite if they were on staff to prevent any possible issues. RGL could probably use rules like this because they have almost zero community trust at this point when it comes to admin shit.
