you have mat_fullbright set to 1 in your cfg somewhere but this command is restricted in online servers so it doesnt work.

zandaTheMackey5IIRC there was this azNMax guy in ETF2L who was cheating in Div2 or so before my time. He then used some other french guys account to play High in Season 24 in F2's team and even made playoffs. I can't say for sure if he was hacking in those matches as well but it was fishy nonetheless and resulted in his team ( http://etf2l.org/teams/26971/ ) getting disqualified.didn't quad get false banned?

I'd say the one difference is the fact that TF2 is a vertical game, whereas CS is not. TF2 players are used to abusing but also looking for verticality in maps but this is something that is not as common in CS. In that way the Olaf boost broke things way worse then the wallbugs do.
