I want to pass on my wishes and words for yomps family.

I did not know your son/brother past some sparse conversations at events we both attended, he a player and me a overseas hired talent. But I've seen many many positive impacts he had on his teammates, the community, and the game itself over the years. The laughter he has brought, the inspiration he has evoked and the memories he has created.

He was widely celebrated not only in the united states but across all across the globe for his talent, character and heart; both online and in real life. He will easily forever hold a place in our thoughts and legends.

I do hope you find all these words everyone has written, and fully understand how much we cared for yomps. The best of us wish you all and him peace.

Start with fitness, its proven to help with depression, starting out it can cost you little and there's hundreds of ways you can keep yourself active and fit i.e. weightlifting, yoga, sports, walking

Focus on just keeping up a regular exercise schedule rather then doing it perfectly.

It leads into a lot of things too like joining clubs to socialise, boost your confidence and improve your overall health which no matter whats going on in your life can be something you said you did to better yourself than the previous day
