Global StickyWe've noticed not everyone is aware that we have forum rules, it's been hiding in plain sight for years, right above the reply box. So we're making it very clear by leaving a global sticky displaying them permanently.
We've implemented a tracking system to better keep track of offenders on our forums, Twitch chat, Twitter and Discord. Now all users will have a somewhat permanent record of their offences so it will no longer be a simple case of doing your time for the offence and going back to normal. Punishments will be more severe the more offences you carry out. Any disputes you have about any bans you may have received can be discussed by contacting a moderator on our discord via the new channel: #moderatorhelp
We are pleased to announce that we've doubled our moderator staff count across all our community services. Despite all this improvement, we're not perfect... so we also encourage any users to use the #moderatorhelp channel in our teamfortresstv discord to report any missed content they find breaking the rules on any of our resources, services and streams.
