ScrewballScout is the LAST class that needs any items to buff him. Until Valve removes the Scout speed Medic buff (have any invite /prem players informed Valve how cancerous this is?) Scout should get NOTHING that makes him stronger.

Ya some people have bad mic quality when they first install it but all it takes is two minutes of settings to fix it.
