Epsilon was a pretty dominant force between i46 and i49. However that doesn't mean the games between them, broder and crack clan weren't some of the best tf2 I've ever seen played. Even though broder and CC kept losing it was really exciting to see them slowly catch up to epsi over the seasons.

The scene isn't dying because a super team rolls a season or two.
Sometimes you just gotta give the other teams some time to narrow down the gap and figure out how to counter parts of the super-team's winning strats, etc.

There is really no need for using aliases at all unless you want to also use quickswitch ("lastinv") functionality.

You're probably just imagining things. (Or changed your net settings.)

It's not new, it's always been like that, all they did was add a note that gets printed in console to explain it.

You can't get lower interpolation because the tickrate is capped at 66 by the engine.

The stutter when standing on moving objects has been a thing in source engine since forever.

If the issue only happens when you play online the chance of it being your net settings are pretty high.

I used to have a tiny lenovo laptop that could not run flash games at 15 fps.

Ok here is a list of things for you to do:

-Put your custom configs on pastebin in raw text form and link it here.
-Disable In-Game overlay.
-Test if this happens on local servers or exclusively online ones.
-Post your launch options. (Rightclick tf2 in libary > Properties > Set launch options)
-Get a program to monitor your CPU and GPU's peak temperatures while you play. (I.E coretemp as mentioned earlier in the thread.)
-Post said max temperatures after a session where these issues have occurred.
-Is your PC dusty/very hot? pls post this.

When you monitor your framerate do you use cl_showfps 1 or net_graph 1?
