Pretty damn good medic. A complete steal personality-wise from what I saw of the few pick-up games I played with him on PUGME over the last few days, so I can only imagine with a well-spirited team he could improve magnificently.
Jodd is simply spectacular. Good group of guys overall who (I feel at least) could make a solid start in invite.
At the moment, 24 inches (or 61 centimeters) per 360 (400 DPI/1.7 In-Game) across all Source and GoldSrc games.
I played her multiple times in the past season while she was on Sparkle Bunnies and later on Meat Market subbing in for Cheesy. She's a fantastic scout overall and seems to have the drive/eagerness to do well while wanting to go through thick and thin.
kent<>< is there an active pug/pickup group or IRC chan or anything? Do any of you old TDA shits play? Wheaties a god at this too? Looks like it would be fun to give an updated TFC a whirl
#ff.pickup on QuakeNet is the prime go-to IRC spot for pick-ups. Not sure about any Steam groups or anything, but usually #ff.pickup is active.
Fantastic roamer! I think some comms-related stuff was his only issue ever, and he seemed to get that sorted out pretty well recently, so pick him up pick him up.
Gg, well played to C&C. Sucks that our Viaduct lost momentum (if there was any) so fast. Good luck in the rest of playoffs and thanks to TeamfortressTV for casting!
I believe I coached her a few times in Newbie Mixes before. Well-spirited and down-to-earth with a good grasp on medic mechanics that can contribute to a good Open team.
Starting to play this a bit again thanks to luc - feel free to add if you want to game (ORIGIN: VandKM).
I'm probably quite biased here (as with most people when speaking about where they live), but Raleigh, NC sounds like a great fit based on what you said.
The weather has its bizarre twists every now and then, such as going from 70 degrees and fairly clear skies yesterday to 30 degrees and rain today, but usually all is well. Nightlife is awesome if you live anywhere near downtown and even on some of NC State University's campus-related areas (for the former, tons of well-priced bars, recreational stuff, music events, and so on). No clue about parks, but Bond Park is pretty dope in Wake Suburbia, and as with any city, transportation is great for only a few parts of the city. Internet seems pretty good county-wise and especially so in Raleigh, and it should become prodigiously better with Google Fiber being approved to launch in the Raleigh-Durham area (construction starts just before the summer months or something, if I remember correctly).
I could probably go into a lot more detail about all of the above, but I'm too tired at the moment and it's almost 5:00 in the morning on the east coast as of this post. Lived as a undergraduate student --> intern --> Graduate student/TA for the past seven years in Raleigh, by the way.
Austin, TX is pretty awesome too, though I've only visited once before and didn't really get to see much aside from a bit of the nightlife.
EDIT: I could easily help you find a place to rent in Raleigh that would fit your budget, by the way. Really isn't hard to fit most people's budgets and there are some commuter-oriented places that are closer to Cary than Raleigh that get the job done just as well.
Pretty skilled at scout and, most importantly, down-to-earth from what I have seen. She pugs quite a bit these days and always seems to be eager to play, which in my opinion means she is priming to become an integral part of any talented team.
Congrats to him, his team just won the overtime.
Do you groom your eyebrows on a regular basis, or are they all natural?
