Please clean these kinds of literally useless areas out of the map. Generating lightmaps anywhere they're not needed adds a good amount to map filesize/unoptimization that doesn't need to be there.

Cobra447YesIn 8) 2ez trying to recap the point felt pretty hard since the pad is not solid and rockets and bullets go through it.This is completely intentional.
Regen is a little weird though, very different than the original spire 2ez

The regen in spire 2ez is the same as the regen cabinets in maps, so it will resupply you every 2 seconds or so.

The turris regen does the same thing, except it does it every 5 or so seconds. I didn't think about this at the time I made the current arena, so I'll probably end up doing regen the way the actual map does it, instead of turris-style regen.

Turns out I had a stray space for a spawn in the config.

It's been updated, but if you encounter a broken spawn in Counterjump Granary: Redownload the spawns config OR open it up and find the 5th spawn entry for counterjump gran and remove the space infront of the number

What am I looking at?: mge oihguv sucks is an MGE map that aims to create a fun playing environment. The new arenas serve to fill niches that the standard MGE map doesn't even come close to.

What are these new arenas?:
8) is an arena heavily focused on movement. Falling in the lava will result in insta-death
(8 is a variant of 8)
8) 2ez is a spire 2ez variant. It uses the turris ruleset from standard MGE. The lava is instakill.
Amphi is a standard 20 point MGE arena. Falling in the lava deals 10dps.
Counterjump [Granary] is an arena focused on air control. Falling in lava is insta-death.
Counterjump Ringout is the same as Counterjump, except with effectively infinite health.
Jump Castle is a purely fun arena. It's endif rules with a pushtrigger to keep players airborne.
Height Advantage is an ammomod variant focused on air control. Falling off is insta-death.
Spiremod is an ammomod variant for the spire fanatics.
powowwV is Benroads' arena for MGE lords
OG Ammomod is recreation of ammomod from am_variety_b2

If any map maker feels that I ripped content of theirs unfairly (or if I credited someone incorrectly), please PM me and we'll get it sorted out.

Encourage your team's server owner to switch out boring old MGE with this for maximum fun

Take either mouse and try to make large, quick movements on another computer to try to replicate the problem. I had this same thing happen to my G500, and it ended up being a cord problem. Just try to make all kinds of movements that you possibly could with the mouse.

It's important that you try to give the mouse as much time as you can to let it recreate the problem. I ended up ruling out the possibility of my problem being with the mouse cord after using it on another computer and it working fine, but on another attempt it stopped working almost right away. Mouse cords are weird like that.

If the mouse works fine on other computers with excessive testing, it's definitely your USB or MoBo.

leakyI noticed sometimes if you hit around 1000 fps your character in-game seems to move faster than the game intends, and gravity is also intensified. Has anyone ever done this in an actual game? I wouldn't think so because typically you would only get those frames on an empty server or something, but its like borderline hacking lol

The source client will end up running faster than it should at some framerates. It was a problem in GldSrc that still bleeds over a bit into source.

I'm not sure how this really effects multiplayer in source. There's not any documentation about it on that page (even if it had any effect in GldSrc). I'd think with the way that source networking works, it would be impossible to gain an advantage from it, as you would be sending more updates to the server per "second" than the server can accept. If anything it would probably screw you over more than it would help you (unless you play scout). It's probably why the default value of fps_max in Source games is 300. Anything more won't do anything for you, and it's better off just capping it.
