What is this crosshair and where do i get it?

to answer the OP, that's whayay's crosshair with damage flash. Dane's using my hud
If you want to enable only the crosshair:
- Navigate to
\budhud\#customization\_enabled\bh_crosshairs.res - Set "labeltext" to "t"
- Set "visible" and "enabled" to "1"
