HELLO
Probably worth saying now -- I don't know how often I'll post updates here just because I don't want to annoy people with them, so I'll likely do most of my updating in the steam group. :>

I've been working on a hud off/on for a few months now, and since there were at least a few people who wanted me to "officially" release it I figured I could :D
I'm very open to criticism, although some things could come down to preference. I'm still looking for any bugs/issues with the hud on other resolutions (or when the 6v6 scoreboard is enabled). The hud should work on all 16:9, 16:10, and 4:3 resolutions. To the best of my belief I've fixed all resolution issues, but I'll fix any others that are found.
The hud isn't mac-compatible at the moment unfortunately, but that's something I'm looking to do.
Thanks to rays, flatline and whayay for helping me when I got stuck and letting me steal some elements of their huds :)
Edit: Also, very possible I could be missing important screenshots of things, so let me know if I am
You could try setting tf_remember_activeweapon to 1 and see if that fixes it, although I'm not sure if it will.
JimiJamI don't have any super helpful suggestions but I do want to say how cool the replays and the player cams were. It really made the cast feel professional and showed the personal/LAN aspect of the event, as opposed to just strictly gameplay. Seeing peoples' reactions to big plays and stuff really adds to the excitement
To expand on this, it seemed like a lot of people were complaining about the stream being cluttered by having the player/caster cameras. Depending on how you ultimately resolve that, you could probably have the player cameras on stream when the log parser detects airshots/streaks/etc?
I don't know if many people share my view, but I feel like only having the player camera up in those scenarios and saving the caster camera for pre/post games (or for special occasions like pauses/etc) could be a good idea if screen clutter is still an issue
I haven't looked into the entirety of the songs this lists, but this appears to be a great source for music while streaming: https://github.com/GarethLewin/MusicForStreamers/blob/master/README.md
Not sure if this site has been linked yet, but Doodles has a nice site that describes most of the ingame resource files; I'm finding it a very helpful reference with my hud :D -- http://doodlesstuff.com/?tutorial=tf2hud#res

I learned like 1.5 years ago this wasn't normal oops
That combined with a 1.2" 360 probably = why I'm so bad :<
BapeBapedflame want to tell us about your 2 month old vac banned alt account?ok since i guess hes just going to ignore this ill just call him out.
dflame currently has over 14 alt accounts for tftv for the sole purpose of plus/minus fragging, all discovered thanks to the fact that he just logs in to all of them on the same ip. dflame?
this one caught my eye

phew
if mouse2 is the only thing you have re-bound for soldier, put bind mouse2 +attack2 in your pyro, sniper and demo configs

It's in Chicago, a mix of beginner - expert maps. Also, since TF2Jump went down (ignoring the backup), this site was put up in its place: http://jump.tf/
it's my server so I'm a bit biased, but you can see for yourself :p
BenNZL<snip>
I did this exactly but am still having an issue with it stopping when I die; any ideas, or is this still normal?
Also, not really sure if it's worth posting but I went ahead and added on some lines which (in my head, at least) make it easier to quickly glance at:
For the black bars, change the fillcolor to "0 0 0 255" under UberBox29, UberBox59, and UberBox89.
For the green bar (for when a kritz would be ready), change the fillcolor to "0 255 63 255" under UberBox95.
(these are found in Ben's first link)
