Also with a 2700x currently installed you could update the bios to a Ryzen 3 comptable version literally anytime you want to.

Does your HUD have the friends list enabled on the menu? That can cause huge fps drops when loading in.

MakWindow on lobbies/lasts isnt unique, plenty of maps have windows into last for spotting. Badlands, gully, metalworks lobby (not technically a last but still). Don t get why ppl bitched about it its relatively common on maps and allows for spotting without spam opportunties (either way). Obviously info gained is stronger for attacking team but still. If anything what could be argued is position of it.
On badlands and gully you can be punished hard for getting actually up to the window, on Logjam you were completely free to just sit afk and watch through the window at the entire last free of consequence.
MoermanWhat are the commands to edit killfeed items time and max items?
HudDeathNotice in hudlayout has the max number of lines.
hud_deathnotice_time is the command for how long it stays for.
SylentsageGot this randomly today

theres no manual report in the forums, admin went out of his way to ban me just like the previous time
You prob got banned for opening a lobby with a shit map, something you were warned not to do multiple times and were banned for in the past and yet you did it again today. Idk what you expect
What do you mean by "shit" maps? Like koth_trainsawlazer, or just lesser played actual 6s maps? If it's the former yeah ok, but if it's the latter then that's pretty stupid.
duck__Kermityeah this didn't workduck_https://puu.sh/EfxHI/f9028d4d80.jpg
i was able to figure out that the team colors for the tournament spectator ui is controlled by the borders under
TFFatLineBorderRedBG and TFFatLineBorderBlueBG. Where is the part that modifies the gray background that shows when a player is dead?
I'm not 100% sure but I tihnk it's TFThinLineBorder
I'd say try OutlinedGreyBox and the similar ones then, I've not done that stuff in a while so I can't remember exactly which it is.
SetsulExcellent, so the mobo was definitely worth it.
Yeah low end TN panels do that. It's hard to find reviews for budget monitors so I'll have to go mostly by specs.
Flicker-free VA/IPS 23.6" or 23.8" should be a good starting point. Then there's still two choices to be made:
1. Curved or straight, which I guess comes down to preference.
2. Which features you want on top of that. Adjustable height, tilt, etc. if you need it, FreeSync (no eye cancer with 24/25 fps if your player doesn't deal with that), 8 bit instead of 6 bit + FRC (in theory slightly better colours) or stretching the budget and getting a combination e.g. for 8 bit + FreeSync there's some options around 110-120£.
Yeah it was 100% worth getting, I'd recommend it highly, so far.
1. I'm really not sure, for watching movies and such I feel like a curved monitor might be better but I'm honestly open to either.
2. If I can get a couple extra features/a better experience for ~£10 - £20 more then an 8bit + FRC type sounds good.
SetsulOut of curiosity: Did you have to update the BIOS?
Anyway, this depends a bit on what you think are "pretty good colours" and whether you want 24". 1080p is a given but both IPS and 24" would be difficult. 24" TN and 20-23" IPS are very doable though.
Yeah I had to update the bios, but with the "flash bios" button on the back of the mobo, it was entirely painless to do.
I'll be honest and say that my knowledge of monitors is pretty limited, but the last monitor I had (BenQ v2420) was just kinda lifeless looking. The monitor will mainly just be used for watching movies/tv shows on, so I don't mind dropping from 24" to a slightly smaller one if it means an overall better viewing experience.
I went for the RAM that you had in your list, and ended up going for https://skinflint.co.uk/msi-b450-gaming-plus-7b86-002r-a1858940.html?hloc=uk and the Seasonic PSU.
Everything is running nicely, but, here we are less than a week after I bought everything and my secondary monitor has died. So I'm looking for recommendations on 60hz monitors with pretty good colours that won't break the bank, budget is ~£100.

OctalblockAnyone know how I can change the font color from "ItemEffectMeterLabel" from the file "Resource/UI/HudItemEffectMeter.res"?
I can't seem to find a way to do so. I know it's possible as I've seen some other HUDs do it, but as soon as I see what they did, I try to replicate it and fail to do so.
Not 100% but bgcolor_override or maybe fgcolor_override might work.
duck_https://puu.sh/Ef8K9/e40948665f.png what files besides spectatortournament and spectatortournamentguihealth modify the tournament ui because I remember that it is modified in another location.
You could try editing the entry for Scoreboard_TimeLeftLabel in chat_english.txt to not have any text at all.

Pretty sure targetID will have an effect on the target ID that you see from spec. I think there may be one or two parts of the other spectator res files that can change stuff too.
DS1 is honestly one of the best single player games I've ever played, I highly recommend it to anyone that doesn't mind a bit of a challenge. The world design alone is worth paying for just to see, let alone the replay value of doing different stat/meme builds, also some of the speedrunning tech isn't that hard to do but can make for good times.
bijlol_KermitHudHintDisplay in HudLayout.resthanks man
actually I can't seem to change the color and fontsize there. is there any other file?
Might be Orange or OrangeDim in clientscheme.res, but changing that colour might mess with things in other parts of the HUD.
