changes:
fixed scoreboard to include streaks
changed damage indicator to yellow, removed damage indicator from on-screen HUD
changed low hp to red, normal hp to white, buffed hp to green
changed uber to center, and now its a pretty rainbow
added HUD crosshair (to disable edit hudlayout.res, its at the top)

todo:
change menu to the style of yA_HUD or something similar
fix payload cart multiplier
bugfixes ???

most of my changes so far have been simple color/script changes, but it really makes a difference. if you tried Gmang before and didnt like it, try this version, it doesnt look awful. also, this HUD will only work as is, i cant guarantee and of the HUD's already included customization options will work since i havent messed with them
