Everyone in the game should be reading at least the comms section.
I've tried:
running the game with vastly different settings, including default
restarting steam
restarting computer
restarting modem
fixing my config to remove those pesky interp changes
verfiying TF2 is in the list of allowed programs to use the internet in windows firewall
verfiying Steam is in the list of allowed programs to use the internet in windows firewall
and I'm verifying my TF2 install right now. Anything else I should try just in case verifying fails to fix the issue?
Do you have it disabled only on the main page (teamfortress.tv) or all pages (teamfortress.tv/*) ?

How would removing the train on snakewater 2 affect gameplay? Personally, I dislike the train because it gets in the way. It feels awkward to maneuver around and gets in the way of pushes and bombs.
Most keyboards are generally pretty similar, the switch type is what's important. Just to note, I have never used this keyboard so I can't say specifically for it
I think you should tell your parents to hold off on buying you a 120hz monitor, you don't have the skill level required to really notice the difference.
