#1 LFT Scout Mid-Open in Recruitment (looking for team)

Yo im currently LFT for scout in open.
I have 4 seasons of steel, (1 ongoing in playoffs)
My goal for this season is to improve, I am a very dedicated player and will take any type of criticism thrown at me.
I can play any day of the week from 4-11 est on weekdays and anytime on weekends.
I am looking for a more serious team that scrims often and wants to improve.
I can play passive or agro scout.
I have been playing tf2 for almost 4 years now and over the past few months I have had an urge to improve and will do whatever it takes to become the best I can.
